This is your step by step guide for returning your INDIKON filter cartridges and ordering your refills for any filters in our INDIKON business range.

This gives us the information required for:
·       Cleaner Seas to generate a DHL shipment for you to book a collection against.
·       Cleaner seas to issue your replacement cartridges back to your chosen address.
Our customer service team will process the form (within 2 working days) and email you back a link for you to book a suitable cartridge collection time.
While you wait for your shipment confirmation try to dry your used cartridge as much as possible – leaving for a day or so on a waterproof surface after removal from your filter is not essential but optimal.
When it is ready for packaging, ensure it is:
- stowed into your included CSG drybag, or wrapped in an alternative waterproof bag if you don’t have a drybag.
- then packed securely into a cardboard box for sending.
-please ensure the cartridge is packaged so as to avoid damage in transit.
Cleaner Seas will send you and email which will include:
·       A link to book your DHL cartridge collection: https://returns.dhl.co.uk/ereturns/
·       DHL Delivery labels ready to print and attach to your parcel.
·       Unique DHL collection information required for booking.
Top tip:
Once the Cleaner Seas team has received your used cartridges, we will notify you by email when:
- Cleaner Seas have received your used cartridges at our Return + Recycle Centre.
– Cleaner Seas have dispatched your new cartridges to you with tracking information.
